1. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Pakistan. You can pay the rider when you receive your parcel.
2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Most of our products (like Dermoline Emollient and Fairy White Face Wash) are designed for sensitive skin. However, for medicated products like Acney Derm or Mite Derm, please read the instructions carefully or consult a doctor if you have hypersensitive skin.
3. Can I use “Acney Derm” and “Fairy White” together? Yes, but we recommend using them at different times. Use Acney Derm in the morning to control oil and Fairy White Cream at night for brightening. Always use Suntect Sunblock during the day.
4. How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use that number on the courier’s website to see your parcel’s location.
5. Do you offer returns? If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or tubes.
